Rotary Cups for the 2008-09 New Members: For those of you who have not received yours, they will be on the back table with your name in it. Please pick yours up.

Bring in a new member. Applications are always available at the meeting on the back table. Membership Contact is Doug Scott.
2009-10 Membership Directory: We are starting the process for printing a new directory. Your information sheets will be on the back tables. Please look at the information and make necessary revisions and initial. Please initial your sheet if the information is correct so we will know you looked at it. Ann Palmer will be taking pictures for the first three weeks in September for those whose pictures are not in last year’s directory or if you want a retake. If you cannot be at any of the meetings in September call Ann, she will come to your office. Our goal is to get everyone’s picture in the directory.
Annual Meeting/Banquet Survey will be on the tables. Be prepared to give your comments and suggestions. Contact is Jennifer Haller.
